Overview

The survey portion of this research is designed to give Ontario grocery store workers an outlet to share their experiences and opinions about their working conditions and the effects their workplace has on their life.

The survey is set to launch in early October for more information, check out the Blog Post. Information about how to complete the survey is now posted on the website here.

Future Outputs

The analysis of the survey will focus on understanding differences between unionized and non-unionized grocery workplaces, the role of social determinants of health in experiences of the grocery workplace, and
the influence of community size on grocery store workers’ experience of precarity. Results from the analysis will be shared at conference presentations, reports to stakeholders, and research publications.
